One of the surest ways for a script and, ultimately, a film to make its way into the permanent pop-culture lexicon is to have THAT quote – the sharp piece of writing that eventually becomes so cliche that the next generation rolls its eyes when they see the original film.
Though there are plenty of these (“Show me the money!”) comes to mind, today I’m going to pass on dozen and a half of my favorite film quotes to you. Hope you enjoy them as much as I did, and maybe it’ll inspire you to check out the source material as well.
