New Zealand: One of the World’s Top Road Trips
A quick shout-out to New Zealand today. Almost two years ago, the family and I took a road trip through a large swath of New Zealand. Once you get past the 30 hour flight, this was easily one of the simplest and most pleasurable trips I’ve ever had the fortune to take. For not a whole lot of money, you can pack a camera, rent a car and just drive the country, experiencing some of the best scenery the world has to offer.
Along the way, you’ll eat great food (it’s pretty much all organic and fresh), drink some terrific wine (particularly Pinot Noir from Central Otago) and enjoy one of the rarest commodities the world has to offer – true silence. If you’d like to check out my original blogs from the New Zealand trip (and I have no earthly idea why you would), you can right here.
Digging through my photo collection last week, I unearthed a few photos I missed the first time around – I did take 1,600 or so. Thought I’d share them with you here.
